- Credit card required at time of scheduling to reserve a 2 hour or more appointment
- We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments
- To ensure your desired appointment date and time, we recommend that you reserve your next service prior to leaving the spa
- Exchange policy: 30 days with receipt, product for product only (excluding make-up)
- Gift certificates are non-transferrable
